Ian Mitchell's site aimed at attracting capital, staff and promoting a proposed customer relations management
software venture. This dot co.nz domain was first hosted in Australia. Now Ian looks after the hosting
in NZ.
36. Bed & Breakfast Council of NSW (OWNER
EDITOR) The B&B Council's site was first authored by Krypton Multimedia. I had been administering
the site since March 2000 until a site wide redesign was handed to DiAl Design. The site allows B&B
owners to have their own page, edit their own rates and occupancy information and log in to a secured
members only area. The site uses comprehensive search facilities to get people to the location they are
looking for fast.

37. Johnnys Café, Rosebery
John West has owned and run his own cafés since 1980. John specialises in vegetarian food and his customers
are from nearby offices and factories in Rosebery, Sydney. He is using his web site to communicate changes
to his menu, promote singles evenings, detail his catering service and to provide directions to the café.

38. Raleigh Lighting (INACTIVE)
This site was first authored by a TAFE student and hosted at TRConx. I host and update the site as required.
First authored in frames, the site has really never achieved the search engine visibility it should have.

39. The Flying
Foxes of Bellingen Island This informative, visual site is a real gem. At once it advocates flying
fox conservation, educates and entertains. Copy, graphics and photos by Vivien Jones.
40. Affirmations Australia Suzi & Dan
Maher run a busy greeting cards business from the old Commonwealth Bank building in Bellingen. Their aim
is to make advances into the American market. Toward this end they have also registered www.affirmationcards.com
which simply points to their Australian domain. The Affirmations site is fully e-commerce enabled with
its own secure shopping cart running under PERL. The site makes extensive use of java applets and scripts
to add visual interest.

41. Coastal Blue Promotions
(OWNER EDITOR) Showcasing local business Coastal Blue Promotion's
range of corporate gifts and premiums, this simple web site is intended to support other local marketing
efforts. Copy and graphics by owner/operator, Stephen Addison.
42. Promised Land Cottages Dynamic Web Solutions developed
this site in close conjunction with desktop publisher Laetitia Hoffmann. All the photos were supplied
by the customer, Sophie Warburton. The images were scanned directly off transparency film. This site makes
use of Flash with a 80KB Flash animation on the homepage intended to convey the essential characteristics
of this unique property.

43. Extreme Programming Ian Mitchell,
an IT consultant based in Auckland, New Zealand brings the ideas and methodologies of "extreme"
computer programming to the NZ IT community. This 30 page site explains extreme programming and aims to
forster interaction with its audience through mailto links.
44. Bellinger Valley
Motor Inn Anne & Allen run Bellingen's busy Motor Inn. Their web site attempts to communicate
the rural setting of the motel and showcase its pool, restaurant and mountain views. Photography by me.
Text on the homepage by Anne, rest by me.
45. Kumbaingiri
Retreat Kumbaingiri is Stephen Tunley's entry into the busy Bellingen accommodation market. Stephen
chose Dynamic Webs to implement his web site after reviewing others in the area. He saw similarities between
Promised Land Cottages and his property and wanted to communicate many of the same messages about quality
and location. Customer

47. Tirrike Art Studio (INACTIVE)
Louise DeMasi is a decorative artist and teacher. Her site displays pattern packages available for purchase
over the Net. Louise requested a free secure shopping cart facility available at www.mals-e.com. The browser-base
cart configuration is truly impressive and easy to manage. A third more content was added to this site
(including a free pattern package) in January 2002.

48. Woodsong Bed & Brunch Much
like Kumbaingiri Retreat, Joy and Krystal were looking for a contemporary feel to their B&B and its
web site. This simple site had to do the basics well - be visual without being messy, take a booking and
give a map. Most of the copy and all of the photography by Pete Mitchell.
49. Repton Riverside Tourist
Park Owner Ian Gregory contributed the photography and some text for this web site announcing the
renewal and revival of this caravan park after the March 2001 floods. With 16 years in the caravan park
business Ian was well aware of his competitors web sites and drew the best features from a collection
of four sites.
